The worldwide active Swiss company Lean Interim GmbH is helping customers through changes (Business Transformation, Business Restructuring, Turnaround, Change Management, Post Merger Integration, Expansion) hands-on, solving business problems and leading special projects. The core business is Interim Management in leading positions (CXO-Level) by taking full responsibility for assignments with a typical period of 6 to 36 month.
One pillar of our approach is fact based. Clearly defined hard measurements ensure a fast and multiple Return on Investments (ROI) while lean tools and the corresponding change towards a “learning organization” secures the customers of the Lean Interim GmbH the sustainability of the achieved results.
